- Registration Packets: Registration packets will NOT be mailed out. Registration packets will be availabe on site - at the first session for the Project NExT meeting, and at the registration desk for all other participants.
- Dorms:Suite-style dormitory space is available on campus at a rate of $26.75/night + $8 linen charge. Linens: Bedding and towels are provided. Rooms are nonsmoking. Suites include 4 single rooms with living room, bathroom, and kitchenette.
- Banquet Menu: Option of two entrees (fish and chicken) + vegetarian option (tofu), 2 salads (lettuce and fruit), vegetables, rolls, 2 desserts, coffee, iced tea, water. The banquet includes one drink ticket for each participant and additional drinks can be purchased.
- Breakfast: This includes a hot breakfast at the cafeteria.
- Tech: All presentation rooms have a computer with LCD projector as well as an overhead transparency projector. You may either present from your own laptop, or bring a flash drive and present from each room's resident computer.
- E-mail: The conference area has wireless and a computer lab has been reserved for e-mail needs.
